Sound meditation, sound journeys, drum & voice
Service Description
Let the vibrating sounds of the singing bowls carry you into a deep state of relaxation – gentle, light-filled, and ethereal. While you lie comfortably, your body can let go, your mind can calm, and your soul can journey. The healing vibrations touch you on all levels and can lead you to deep regeneration, the theta state, or inner worlds of imagery. Sound is alive and transformative – therefore, every sound space can be created anew. So, we might: • continue listening to the singing bowls • take a drum journey – accompanied by my voice and shamanic drum • experience a drum healing circle – with shared drumming, rattling, or listening • sing mantras – accompanied by guitar or shrutibox, or combine all of these The focus always remains clear: A protected space for sound, vibration, and inner movement. Dates 2025: Saturdays, 4:30 p.m. – approximately 5:30 p.m. June 7 - fully booked June 14 - fully booked • July 19 (summer holidays) • August 23 • September 20 • October 4 • November 22 • December 20 (Yule Day – time for introspection) Location: Raum zur Mitte, Im Chratz 6, Grüningen (Parking at the community center or Bahnhöfli Restaurant) Bring: A mat if you want a soft place to lie, comfortable clothing, socks, and perhaps a small pillow for your head (there are cushions, yoga mats, and blankets available on site). Cancellation Policy
Registration / Cancellations and Energy Balancing: If you would like to participate, please register early. If you are unable to attend at short notice, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance – this way, the available spot can be given to you, and I won't have to charge you. Payment is made in cash or via Twint directly after the sound space visit. Insurance: Insurance is the responsibility of the participants; no liability is assumed. Notes: The individual setting or the workshops/small groups are intended to activate the body's self-healing powers and do not replace a medical diagnosis or treatment. No therapies or treatments in the medical sense are performed. Each client is responsible for their own application of the method.
